Summary:When files are used in different situations, their names are often modified. When organizing files that need to be classified by type or when file names need to be updated, the names of the files often need to be modified. If there are only a few files to rename, you can directly change their names at their saved location. However, if many files need to be renamed, modifying them one by one becomes very tedious and inefficient. The following introduces how to search for the same keywords in file names across multiple folders and replace them in batches. This supports various file formats such as docx, pptx, xlsx, txt, and pdf.
1、Usage Scenarios
Find and modify a keyword in the file name of a specific file in the folder. For a large number of files with the same keyword in their names, batch replacement is also supported.
For example: multiple files with the same keyword such as 2024-Test files.docx, 2024-Test files.pdf, 2024-Test files.xlsx
You need to replace 2024 with 2025.
After modification, it becomes 2025-Test files.docx, 2025-Test files.pdf, 2025-Test files.xlsx
